Taking care of your mental health is an act of self-love
Fahmo Hans, LPCC, is a compassionate mental health clinician and Board of Behavioral Health, approved Clinical Supervisor who provides evidence-based, culturally responsive, and individualized therapy to clients from diverse backgrounds.
Fahmo has extensive experience working with multicultural communities, including immigrant and refugee populations. They recognize that culture, identity, family, relationships, and life experiences can play an important role in how we understand ourselves and navigate emotional challenges. Their goal is to provide a therapeutic environment where each client feels respected, understood, and supported.
Fahmo takes a collaborative and person-centered approach to therapy, recognizing that no two people experience life’s challenges in exactly the same way. They work with clients to understand their concerns, identify their strengths, and develop goals that are meaningful to them. Therapy is tailored to each individual’s needs, with an emphasis on creating practical tools for coping, healing, and personal growth.
Fahmo draws from a range of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and integrates different methods based on each client’s individual needs, goals, and preferences.

Fahmo believes that therapy is a collaborative process. Rather than simply telling clients what they should do, they work alongside each person to understand their experiences, identify what they need, and find approaches that feel appropriate and sustainable.
They believe meaningful change can happen when clients have a safe space to be heard without judgment and are given the tools and support to better understand themselves and navigate life’s challenges.
Whether you are experiencing emotional difficulties, navigating a major life transition, working through the impact of trauma, struggling in relationships, or simply wanting to better understand yourself, Fahmo is committed to meeting you where you are and supporting you toward greater resilience, emotional well-being, and meaningful change.
